      They dug a new well for me end oct beginning of Nov and quote me for a 150 ft or 330 ft deep well. They hit water at 94 ft and stopped. They did not test the water and just installed the well.
      Ever since I have dealt with water I can not cook or drink in because there is bacteria, nitrate, manganese, in the water. I have failed 3 test by marrow county health department and the well company test. My water softener, toilets, showers etc are being ruined by the maganese. My kids and I skin and hair are also being affected by all the crap in it. They have yet to give me a solution.
      Recently I offered them to drink the water and the reply was no way, I also ask if their employee wanted to was his hand which oh he injured at job before my house and the manager said no way to that as well!!! But it’s ok for my family to live here and shower daily for months.
      I spoke with an environmental scientist, who said the water should’ve been tested previously and that they need to go deeper due to getting ground water currently instead of down in the vains.
      I need a solution before we are affected badly and harmfully by this water.
      I have lived here 18 yrs and never had water problems.

      On 8/30/2024 I contacted Jamison as my well was not working and I had no water to my house.The amount of their invoice is $1,424.00, I asked them to come out and fix the well and get water to my house. They were unable to do this. Prior to their coming, I called them back and cancelled as I felt I did not have the money to move forward. The "tech:" called me and assured me that they were a family business just there to ensure I had water was their concern and they would not charge alot. I then agreed. The workers (2) replaced a wire and pulled my pump out of the well damaging it further. I was told by their worker that it needed a Tank Flex Lit 22gallon FL 7 and that was the problem. It was not the issue. Before agreeing I was told by the employee that I could return the tank, I would just need to call the office. They installed it. The tank was not the issue and did NOT fix the water problem. The man representing the company gave me two thoughts of what could be done further, but could not do it then and I would have to call back. I had another company come out the next day and they returned up to 7 times checking on the well. They also told me that Jamison, if they knew their business, should not have followed their techniques and should have NEVER of replaced the tank, also should have NEVER of pulled the pump out and their "next steps" would not have fixed the well. I have called Jamison 3 times, told a manager would call me back....never happened. I have written them a letter and have not heard back from them. I want them to return their tank, like they said they would and reduce their labor cost as they did NOT fix the issue with any of their resolutions. They left their garbage, papers, wires etc on my lawn and didn't even clean up after themselves. The one man seemed so angry because I couldn't hear him.

      It was an oversight for not responding in a more timely manor. ***** from our office has talked with ******. On 10/11/2024, we picked up the pressure tank per ******** request. It is our understanding, as of 10/4/2024, ****** has Delco Rural Water for her water source. 

      I am concerned about the experience ****** had with our company. I have issued a credit for the entire invoice amount of $1424.00. An employee meeting was held to discuss the other concerns in ******** letter. As an owner, I want all of my customer's to have a good experience with our company.
