    If I could give a negative 0 I would. Ms. ****** scammed me and 6 of my friends. We booked a vacation with SBE in January 2024. Each of us made a deposit and commenced monthly payments from March 2024 until October 2024. The trip was planned for December 5 to December 9, 2024. We were promised that final travel itinerary documents would be provided two weeks before departure. We never received them. We reached out to ******* ****** (owner and sole employee) on November 21, November 29, and December 4th. No response. We reached out via phone calls, text messages, and email. No response. At that time we called the resort and learned that Ms. ****** never booked the trip or made reservations with the resort. We spent approx $11,900. Everyone in the group sent Ms. ****** messages requesting a refund. She refuses to respond. PLEASE DO NOT SPEND MONEY or BOOK a vacation with this business. There are several other honest and reputable Travel Agencies available. She is unethical and a scammer

    My Friends and I planned a trip utilizing Rosalyn ******* who is the sole owner of Social Butterfly Express, LLC to go to Montego Bay, Jamaica. Our trip was planned for December 5-9, 2024. We went on a trip last year to Mexico and utilized Rosalyn previously and she was wonderful. For this trip we felt it was best to go with her again. MAJOR MISTAKE! She was responding to all calls and texts up until the week we were supposed to leave. Two weeks before departure she was to send final itinerary along with the confirmation of the transportation company that was supposed to pick us up from the airport to transport us to resort. Crickets...no Response about this whatsover. All 7of us were calling, texting, emailing her on her cell phone and business line. In which she did not respond. I called several resorts to see if they were aware of the transportation company, to find out ROSALYN NEVER MADE ANY RESERVATIONS FOR NONE OF THE PARTICIPANTS IN THIS TRIP! SO WHERE DID OUR MONEY GO?!?!? At 1am in the morning, a couple hrs before we were to go to airport, Rosalyn sends a message via WE TRAVEL website, stating our rooms had been cancelled due to ADMIN ERROR...hOW? Rooms were never booked per the resorts! BOLD FACE LIE! we had to try and cancel our flights and try to obtain a refund from airlines. SUCH A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! AND SHE IS not even woman enough to speak with anyone on this matter. DO NOT USE SOCIAL BUTTERFLY EXPRESS, LLC FOR TRAVEL! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!

    I paid for this trip to Jamaica as soon as the details were finalized. My trip was a day shorter than others who stayed at the other buildings of the resort I was told. Only to find out there were people who book with this travel agent for the same trip I was on, staying in the resort I was staying, Ohio who did get an extra day for the same price. Communication was awful and very vague. I have never been to Jamaica before. I feel the travel agent didn’t give us enough information she just got us there and didn’t really know meant as many details as she should have about the resort. We went New Year’s Eve without eating dinner. We weren’t told that we had to make reservations for dinner and by the time we found out it was too late.. I would not recommend this Traval Agent or book another trip with her.
