    I took my vehicle to this shop to have it repaired my insurance sent this shop a check in the amount of 4,768 she did no repairs and cashed the check and refused to send the money back to the insurance shop and did not repairs to my 2021 truck.

    This is Short Stop Upholstery, Recipient of the complaint, and first I'd like to thank you for your time and consideration about bringing this complaint to my attention. In regards to Ms. ******* *********, she came in to get work done on her truck. I then spoke with the insurance company and worked with them to send me the check. Once l received the check from the insurance company I bought the appropriate parts needed to fix Ms. *********s' 2021 Truck. l asked Ms. ********* to present the truck to my shop on numerous occasions and was met with a complete shut-out and demands to send the insurance check to Ms. ********* instead of completing the work on the truck. I repeat she was ONLY interested in receiving the funds from the insurance company instead of getting her truck fixed. Once she realized I was not going to send the check to her, she began harassing my company with multiple phone calls, brought people up to my shop to threaten me. Luckily with evidence I was able to get a, currently still active at the time you receive this message, restraining order against Ms. ******* ********* and her associates who had threatened me. l ask that if any complaints upon Short Stop Upholstery and been pinned to the BBB under my name regarding this complaint that they be removed as they've been added under false pretense.
