    Have a contract with them to add a roof over my back porch. Taking gutters off and replacing them. Have a written guarantee from them saying they would come back and fix any occurrences of said project free of charge. Paid $3500. Gutters leak, have asked them to come back and fix them for 2 months they said they would be there a certain day and never show up. Rain is now soaking at the end of porch causing it to start leaking. Now have to seek another person to fix the problem, in order to save roof.

    I have contacted the client. As I told her I cannot fix the gutters with all the cold and snow as nothing i use will hold in these low temperatures. I had made arrangements with the client to come down in April after the spring thaw and seal the gutters to stop them from leaking. The clients neighbor does not have gutters on their home and there is also run off from the adjoining property that I cannot fixed. The client is aware of this and is openly complaining about her neighbors gutters on social media as well.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

    He has not contact me on this problem.  The neighbors non gutter don't apply since its on the opposite of my porch. I would like a billing adjustment from him.
