    We had a fence installed May 2023. We paid a total of $6600 for our fence. We contacted them 6/4 about the gate being crooked and not closing properly. I sent several texts and after many excuses they finally arrived 6/18 to make repairs. They shaved a bit of the door and left. After they left, the door still does not close properly and the latch is loose. I sent another message 6/19 detailing the issues, crooked gate, pieced together boards, weak latch. Again, after multiple texts and excuses, they showed up 6/28 to make repairs (they came while we were not home). The repairs were not done properly and I sent another text. There were boards nailed on to hold things in place and the gate still did not close properly. They were out the next day and removed and replaced the nailed on piece and left. They did not address the issues with the gate. I’ve texted multiple times again, due to the gate, and I get no reply. The gate has become nearly unusable. The latch has lost some of the screws and hangs down now when the gate is opened. Trying to open the gate is difficult. It drags on the ground and has to be yanked and lifted to try to open or close it. The boards are being ruined from the dragging.

    We just want our gate fixed. We want it hung properly so that it isn’t crooked. We want it to open and close smoothly. We want a latch the is securely attached.
