    Ohio Drain Doctors came to my rescue when my home’s sewer line became entirely unusable. There were snags in the project due to old city lines and construction of my home but they busted their butts on the project and went above and beyond even in the nasty rain and snow. Even with all the issues they were faced with, they stuck to the quoted project and kept me informed every step of the way. Everyone I interacted with, at the office and my home, was pleasant and very knowledgeable. I was anxious and they were able to calm my nerves by making sure I knew what was going on and any changes in the plan. I will be using their services anytime I need them in the future. They were extraordinarily easy to work with and I highly recommend them for all your needs!

    This business was recommended to me. I have a drain leak under my house and when I called and talked to the person who answered the phone was told I would be called back soon and that they would come to the house and give me an estimate on the cost. That was two days ago. I've called back three times and each time was told they would give the message to the technician and they would contact me. When I called again this morning, they wouldn't answer the phone, not even to give me the courtesy of telling me they would not be able to help me. This seems very rude to me and therefore I cannot give them any kind of recommendation. They obviously only do drain cleaning and not plumbing services as advertised.
