I'd leave a zero if possible. Ordered furniture, got email for delivery, next day get another email stating now it will be next year! Really?! No where was it stated your buying from a different store company in a completely different state! ********* company! Bait and switch! Be careful when you go looking on their website. They have very little in stock at the actual store. There are other more honest stores. We will NEVER buy from them again! Buyer beware!

Beware! Beware!I strongly recommend that nobody purchase the extended warranty from this company, as they will absolutely deny any and all claims. I paid $200 for the warranty and filed a claim only to be told it was denied because the recliner I filed on had a claim denied already. That's fine because shame on me I was honest and said that the damage had happened later than the 30 days with which I needed to file, but I wasn't filing on the same issue, there was a different problem. Still denied me. I was researching this company and it appears that numerous other claims were denied as well, so please do your due diligence and research their crooked practices where warranties are concerned!! Never get scammed!
