    I received a charge from them. I called and told them I didn't order from them. They would not talk to me about it. I told them I wanted a refund. They would not refund me. I told them I was in Alaska and I was going to contact BBB. They said go ahead. I have not ordered from them since 2022. Why did the keep my information on file?

    we had some glitch in online ordering system. so for last 4-5 months order was not going through customer credit card. since we figured out the problem and now they are charging the customer cards for their ordered in past. thanks

    I am rejecting this response because: the last time I ordered from Genova was in 2022. I have been in Alaska since June 26th 2023 and won't be back to Ohio until July 12th 2023. I don't know why they say it was a glitch and billed me for an order I did not make or receive. I have plane tickets to show and credit card purchases to show I was not in the state of Ohio at the time. My bank statement shows my last purchase was in 2022 from Genova pizza.

    Genova pizza told me they was hacked. A police report was filed. Apparently this was not true? According to the response they gave to the BBB they had a glitch and charged my account from two years ago. What one is it? A glitch or being hacked. How did the use my account from  my last order in 2022?
