    I took 2 dogs to get yearly done and shots. They charged me for 1 fecal and 2 urine which weren't done at all . I paid over $600 to put on **********. I confronted the and 3 girls in the front lied strait to my face and I said how if it didn't move from the table.
    I want my money back for 3 charges and not sure if they did all of the other charges to so I can't trust them.

    On 1/11/23 we saw ***** **** and *** ******* for exams vaccines and a wellness panel which the owner gave us permission for doing.  The wellness panel includes a fecal sample, blood work, urinalysis and a heartworm and tick borne disease test all for one fee.  We ran the blood work, fecal, urinalysis and heartworm test for the client.  All were sent to the laboratory except for the urinalysis which is run in the clinic.  Everything was run that was suppose to be run with results that we have attached, sorry for any confusion on Ms. ********* part or maybe our lack of communication.  If attachments did not come through then we can gladly send hard/paper copies of all the tests results.  There was confusion from the very beginning with Ms. ******* and the samples and lack of trust of us that we were actually doing and running things we told her that we were running.  Even after telling her in the office we were running or sending the samples she did not believe us.  We are sorry for confusion and stress this may have caused but we ran the samples we were suppose to and had permission from her to run.  Please view the results of all tests in the attachments.  We will gladly send a refund for the 3 tests that were run per  Ms. ********* request.  We would also request that if she can't trust us to take care of her pets and actually believe what we are telling then we maybe are not the best fit as her Veterinarian.  If it is all confusion on her part and she now see's that we did run the test's and not take advantage of her then she is welcome back in our clinic.

    On the invoice one fee was the $ 76 per dog fee, then I think pet and $26 to $36 for each urine and fecal per pet
    Pet.  Just was wondering about it.  Could i get a copy of the invoice for the 11th please. Thank you.
