    Do not rent from this company! They lie the house was so dirty and smelled it’s ashamed of how this company have done and continue to do people the work hard to come on vacation.I can not leave a zero because that is what they deserve.I want to get the information out there about this company.Solterra Resort should do something about the management company or owner the BBB should step in. The company keeps getting a at with it. I want to find out is this a criminal matter or civil I am not going to do what I had planned on my vacation, but invest my time to get justice for m friends and family that came from all over the country and spent there money. I fill embarrassed disappointed.

    Me and my family of 8: 5 adults 3 kids 7.4.2 stayed at head for Orlando soltera resort **** *** ******* court for 7 days our first problem no internet for 2 whole days no tv kids had no way to entertain them be sides our phones, the house had mouse infestation they came out put poison bait in house this in first 4 days than the ac system failed on first floor the walls were dirty and all scratched up the house was decorated with white furniture was stained and dirty. A very overall a bad stay called ahead for Orlando to see if they could help they gave us the run around over and over don't stay here if you dont want issues, look up all complaints.

    I took my family on vacation Spring 2022 & when we got there house was still being half cleaned. Once we got into house we noticed some beds hadn't been completely made up, soiled kitchen ******* ****** cockroaches, dirty walls. I have rented thru them once before & previous house was fine with no issues, but this second time was a disappointment. I reached out to ************************************* along with sending pics but I got no response. I only hoped I would get some type of partial refund for the condition I found the house in,but I guess when its negative comments they don't like to respond back nor try & reconcile the issue.
