      Ordered online and Macy's split my order. I received part of the order and the other part was stuck in shipping. I contacted them and was told they couldn't ship to my address however the first part of the order arrived without an issue. Requested a refund and while they were quick to charge, I have to wait another 7 days for the refund. I will never order from Macy's online again.

      Formal complaint regarding the service I received at Macys Furniture store in *******, ** on June 19th, which has left me not only disappointed but also disillusioned with the level of professionalism I had expected from a brand like Macys.The sales associate assisting me, *****, submitted my credit application without including the total purchase amount. As a result, I was approved for only $1,500less than half of the total value of my intended *********** resolve this, we contacted Macys credit card services. The call lasted over 45 minutes, during which we were connected to an agent who had significant language barriers and was difficult to understand. She informed us that a credit limit increase would require an additional credit check with a hard inquiry, which I explained was unnecessary and declined. I then requested to speak with a supervisor, ****, who proved equally unhelpful and dismissive. He was unable to verify my phone number and repeatedly stated that my phone was not eligible to receive one-time rush notificationsoffering no explanation, technical insight, or alternative solutions. His responses lacked basic customer service etiquette and made the situation even more frustrating.Back in-store, I was advised that I could not use both the newly approved Macys credit and my personal credit card for the same transaction. Instead, he prompted me to purchase two Macys gift cards using my personal credit card in order to complete the payment. After doing so, the approved $1,500 Macys credit was placed on hold, rendering it unusable. No one on-site could offer a clear or actionable resolution for this ******** make matters worse, no store manager was available to assist at that time. We were left without proper support and had no choice but to leave the store without finalizing our purchase

      Canceled my order with no notice. Called customer service number they directed me to and held for over an hour before realizing they closed and just left me on hold. Will not have the clothes I ordered with expedited shipping for a very important event.

      The couch which was nice but I paid $386 for an "worry no more" extended warranty that only covers manufacturers defects. The warranty is basically useless. when the shody craftsmanship breaks after 3 years. Never buy the extended warranty.

      I didnt receive my items that I ordered from the Macys app, I called customer service on 6/6 and the *** told me it was delivered on 6/1 by a delivery company called ****. The tracking number did not work, and on the app it showed delivery is still in transit. So somebody messed up, and I was told I will not be getting a refund. I love Macys in store service but ordering on the app is a nightmare. Macys owes me ***** for 2 shirts that I never received. Ridiculous to lose a life long customer over this.

      Horrible experience so far. I bought multiple pallets and large boxes. Some I paid $3000 for $10000 worth of high-end bags. My items came not even worth $1000 in the market. I think the collect destroyed returns and put them together to sell. The most expensive bag that retails for over $3K was destroyed and not worth a 100. Horrible don't buy and get stuck with garbage. Also, I received a box missing the most expensive 3 items listed in the Manifest. So bottom line: don't waste your money.

      I recently have been experiencing many problems with their online service. I can't even buy a simple straw hat without their online service cancelling my order even after my initial order was cancelled because they ran out of inventory. Macy's have continually gotten poor in customer service, and I have ***** loyal customer for many many years. I will give up my Macy's credit card and no longer be a patron of this business. They will continue on their path of closing their business.

      Approximately six years ago I lived in a two family house. Someone began stealing packages off the porch. I think it happened about three times. Macy's was not sympathetic at all. The last time someone stole my package they made me pay for the item I never received and black listed me from buying online. I placed an order today and received an email stating my order was canceled because they couldn't verify my information. There was a number there to call. I reached out to them and got no resolution. I've lived at a different address for three years now and still can't buy online. I am a loyal customer that can't take advantage of the good deals online. I feel as though I am being discriminated against . Stealing is something I wouldn't do and Macy's is making it look like I am a thief. I should be able to purchase online. Macy's should treat their loyal customers better.

      Be cautious—Macy’s changed the price after I placed my order. I was charged more, even though the item was marked down by 30% at the time of purchase, without applying any coupon. When I contacted Macy’s customer service, the representative reviewed the archived pricing and confirmed that I had been overcharged. However, despite acknowledging the error, they refused to issue a refund, citing that the 10-day refund window had passed. Very disappointing experience. I won’t be shopping at Macy’s again.

      I usually only buy from the stores, but lately Macy's in Orland Park do not have a variety of sizes. So, I tried their online for 5 items. It was truly a nitemare. Their billing department does not have a brain. I bought 5 items and returned 5 items and my balance should be 0!!! No, it was 17.51. It took me several phone calls and finally getting to ******** managment to straighten out this nitemare. They said it was a TECHNICAL GLITCH!!! So, benefit of a doubt, I tried another 2 items . I have NOT received those items yet and my account stands at 88 with NO CLOTHES IN MY POSESSION!!! I now have to fight them again. I don't know if this disabled senior has the strength to do this, but I am writing those who shop Macy's online to CHECK their statements and make sure they are accurate. I ordered twice and twice they are wrong. I am a math major and have a MBA from ******* and never have I seen a screwed up system as Macy's! When I went to Orland square to straighten out with a manager, she said something is wrong with your bill, but I don't know what it is and walked away.\, leaving me in a lurch! Unprofessional.
