      I purchased a special deal for 20 units of Botox get 10 free and paid up front for it on 5/2/2023. I went to my appoint on 6/7/2023 for my Botox. They billed me $755.00 saying Dr W*** gave me 84 units of Botox. He never once mentioned that he was giving me more than the 30 units and I would have never agreed to pay any more than I already paid as I cannot afford it. I still don’t think he gave me above 30 units but it is my word against his. I have never not paid a bill in the 20 years I have gone to this practice.

      04-28-2022 I had an appointment for an annual skin cancer screening which is 100% covered by my insurance. Instead of coding it as preventative, they coded it as a standard office visit which billed me $107.22. They have not corrected the error in coding or billing and continue to bill me.
