    I purchased a new home eight years ago. The new HVAC system never worked properly. The company that installed the system was a constant guest in my home trying to fix the problems I was having. I finally gave up called Air Authority and was pleasantly surprised that this company has some of the most courteous and thoughtful employees and were so helpful. From the first interaction to the last individual that came to my house, extremely helpful and knowledge about which HVAC system would be best for my home. I did not want to leave the review until I experienced the new HVAC for several months and I can tell you its working wonderfully. Im so relieved that I do not need to stand at my thermostat all day trying to get my air conditioning or heat to work properly. Kudos to Air Authority

    Their sales guy, ***** came out several times because the sizing of the equipment was in question. He was good at explaining things. I had both the furnace and ac replaced. The quote was in line with the others I got, so while not apple to apple, I was satisfied the price was competitive. They were willing to send out more than a few guys for the install (4 came out) and get it done quickly (7 - 8 hours). I had dreaded it, but it was hot and I had no ac, so needed help asap. ** works as expected- **** system. They werent pushy as far as sales- I already knew I would buy a new system, my ac was 20 and nonworking, furnace 21.

    After calling 32 companies who state they have 24 hour service in time of an emergency, the owner ***** **** was the only one I got to answer the phone. Not only did he answer the phone, he listened to me cry, ramble and freak out, as this was our second water leak in 3 months in our home due to negligence from the builder and a prior HVAC company.He had a tech out right away to fix the issue.He then had additional techs come to install modalities to prevent future leaks. The amount of care, compassion and responsiveness was what I needed during this very stressful time. I even met ***** ********* yesterday who did a full inspection on my unit and made some adjustments so we can have best filtration in our home. I couldn't be happier with the time spent educating me and the true compassion I received. It is rare these days. Thank you Air Authority for helping me in frantic measures

    Took advantage of Air Authoritys free second opinion program and sure glad we did. Air Authority quickly provided us with a fair offer, gave recommendations to save us money, and installed a new furnace within just a few days. They are professional and helpful without any pressure tactics. We will have Air Authority do all of our HVAC maintenance despite the fact that we could have this done free of charge through another company.

    We have used Air Authority for several years, primarily because our technician **** *. is so good. Always friendly, prompt, thorough, neat, extremely competent, and goes the extra mile. On the downside is we NEVER get called by the office to schedule bi-annual service like they are supposed to.

    Our service technician **** was thorough in the yearly maintenance of our A/C unit. Also **** leaves the area around the A/C unit and basement as clean or cleaner then he found it.

    Needed an energy service on a Friday after five for no heat on a frigid day and they arrived within two hours. The service tech was very honest and explained my options with a 23 year old furnace. He explained what it was cost to get a repair versus replacement and then offered advic. Also allowed me some time to get advice from a friend. Very good service, cleaned up when they left. Thank you. Would recommend them to friends and gave a fair price!
