    May 4th I placed an order with Cincinnati Fan for the total amount of the $1,200.00 Scheduled delivery date is August 12th.
    May 4th our bank credit card authorized a charge for a $1,200.00 Invoice Number: ******* The delivery was delayed until Sept. 12 without informing us prior, only because I asked for the status and that's how I knew that there is a delay.
    Sept. 8th, our credit card was charged for $1,299.43 which is more that what we were quoted for which was $1,200.00. We are tax exempted and also shipping is free of charge. Invoice Number: ******.
    Sept. 12 the items arrived damaged. Even the box itself is pretty beat up.
    I emailed Cincinnati Fan right away about the issue and they immediately told me that I should be the one to file a complaint with UPS even though they were the ones that sent it. Knowing they don't want to take responsibility, I did file a complaint with UPS. I emailed Cincinnati Fan everyday for the status until they replied on Sept. 26th with an *** * ******. However, they did not provide a return shipping label, I emailed them again every day for it until they replied on October 20th with their UPS account # ******, which means they want me to do it myself again, so I tried creating a shipping label using their account, but it's not letting me access it. I reached out to them that I need help with it and one of their representatives said that's all I need, but it's obviously incorrect, I even sent them a picture of what UPS is asking me that they did not provide me with. Now one of their representatives also told me that there is another person who will help with the issue and until now I haven't heard anything from them.

    Our company is a woman owned small business, our client is California Science Center, which is a government office, I really hope that this will get resolved ASAP. Thank you!
