Glasses.com is a joke. I ordered glasses almost 2 months ago they have set me 4 pairs and all have been incorrect. They love to hang up on you and every time you call you better set aside at least an hour. I have tried to file a formal complaint and when you say that they hang up on you. This Lensecrafters doesnt care about its customers. I was priced a pair of glasses a couple weeks ago for roughly $650 my part after insurance pays. That is extremely high & I cant pay that. They have signs up for Black Friday, 30% off Frames & 50% off Lenses. I go in thinking the glasses I need will be more affordable now. The person there said that I cant have the Black Friday discount because I have insurance and she says that is double dipping. So I am being punished for working hard so I can pay money out of my check to have insurance? Insurance isnt a promotion or special I receive from Lensecrafters. I pay to have insurance. This is very discriminating and I have lost all respect for this company. So they can keep their Black Friday special for the people they think are worthy of any sales they have, Im done with Lensecrafters. There are plenty other companies that would be glad to have my businessLuxottica Retail North America Inc.

Do I really need to give them even 1 stat?Terrible service, a terrible appointment system, just terrible overall. They accepted my appointment and had a few phone calls with me, but they never tried to confirm my information, even though I offered to do so. After I arrived, they claimed they couldn't find my eye care plan. I've been waiting here for 40 minutes, and it seems like nobody understands what's going on.I can see that this company invests in online marketing, and their online systems are user-friendly, but their service is abysmal. It's a waste of money to spend on online marketing when your employees can't deliver.The worst part is they rescheduled my appointment from 2 o'clock to 12 o'clock, and it's now almost 1:30, and I'm still waiting...Update: I finally had my turn for the eye exam doctor was nice, and I'm about to pick up my eyeglasses. My eyes are fine; all I need is a blue light blocker for when I use my computer. I selected a dark green frame that was priced at $110. After applying discounts and insurance, the lady told me the total was over $600, and I ended up paying $289. I questioned the price, as I only needed a blue light blocker, and she confirmed that was correct. However, when I mentioned making a phone call, she suddenly changed her mind and offered a "standard" option costing $150.By the way, I liked another frame, an Oakley, which cost a bit more, but I really liked it. I asked the lady if they had it, and she said they didn't. I showed her a picture and told her I preferred dark green, to which she replied, "That's not green; that's grey." (After I got home, I searched it, and it is indeed green and called "olive ink.") After all the time wasted and their attempt to sell me an overpriced pair of glasses, I've decided not to come back to this place.By the way, all the manager lady said to me was, "Sorry, things happen." It's quite amusing how easily people like this can get a job and not do it properly.Luxottica Retail North America Inc.

Horrible Business practices! I bought a pair of glasses from lenscrafters infrom Southpark location in,Ohio on sept27,didn't like them,returned them for a less expensive pair,they owed me a refund,however the sales clerk said she didn't have any money in the store and it would come from the corporate office in a week. I wS ok with that . 2 weeks ago I called the store and asked where my refund was,the same sales clerk((Linda) told me she didn't know!!! Is this company in the habit of stealing from consumers that they are supposed to be heping ??? You cannot call this company's customer service because there is NO option to talk to anyone at their corporate headquarters!! What kind of business is this??? Why are they still in operation??? Do not,positively,do not shop here !!! Still waiting on my refund!!Luxottica Retail North America Inc.

No stars if I give that. So we orderd glasses couple weeks before and received messages that glasses were ready. We called and the person said. I don't see that in the system. She said we will call you when glasses are ready. A whole week went by. We called again. She said the glasses were there but frames had not come in. Really. So we wait another week again. Call back there still not back yet. So I asked how long (***** manager) said it takes 14 days. So you mean to tell me we have to wait 14 days again. She said yes that how long it takes. OMG...WORST PLACE EVER..DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. I will never come here again and will tell all my family and friends to never come to this place.. thanks everyone for listening. I just had to get this out. I'm so upset. And my husband needs his glasses to drive.... this is the lenscrafter in ridgemoore mall. Please don't go....Luxottica Retail North America Inc.

My father went there to get two pairs of glasses. They made on correct and the other was incorrect. They said to take the incorrect one and try them out and to get use to them. After a month we tried to take them back to get them corrected and they said it was too late. I think they did this intentionally because my father is elderly in is late 80s. We (my husband and I) have been going to this Pearle Vision location for MANY years. It is top notch! The selection of frames is awesome. Everyone there is very helpful and while some have come and gone over the years, we have always been lucky enough to have Elvi work with us. Her knowledge of the business, dealing with insurance companies, and eyewear styling is unsurpassed. If slight adjustments are needed to the final product for the perfect comfortable fit, Gene is the best. Dr. N**** is awesome. She always makes you feel at ease and comfortable as she proceeds through the vision testing process- including, for me, dilation to observe those dreaded eye floaters. Their customer service is horrible. I put in a claim to get my sunglasses fixed and they said it is under warranty and I need to send them to get fixed. They said they would send me a *** label to send them back but I never received it. I put the claim in on September 30th. It's is now October 17th and still no label. I contacted customer service 3 times and each time they said the label is made and I should receive it in the next few day. I just think the warranty is a big scam to get you to buy their sunglasses.Luxottica Retail North America Inc.

I had a recent terrible experience at one of the LensCrafters stores. I bought a pair of prescription sunglasses at the LensCrafters Optique at ****** in Pembroke Pines Mall, FL last week and they sneaked the one year protection plan on me without even asking me!! I noticed the charge on my receipt after the sale and when I asked the staff to remove it they pulled out all the stops to not let that happen! Telling I would lose all the **** perks that I earned with my purchase since they would have to cancel the whole transaction ($345) and recharge me the new amount minus the plan ($35) instead of just crediting me back $35. And they said they would take back additional $50 bonus that I had since they claimed I had to buy glasses with protection plan in order to qualify for $50 but in fact the bonus coupon had NO such indication. I feel they purposely made the cancellation process so difficult so I would give up and suck up the cost. Not to mention they said they needed the manger to process the cancellation and of course he was not in so I was told to go back on another day when he would be there. First time doing business at this location and definitely the last time. Very dishonest retailer. I’m thinking of returning the glasses all together. Very negative and frustrating experience overall and I felt the need to share this awful experience here and also on social media to warn others.
