      Me and my wife ordered glasses from this company. Not a single one has been the correct prescription. Even after my wife complained and sent back the classes and had to wait mths for her benefits to reset before she can use them again.. Then again still the wrong script causing her headaches and this time there is no way to have her benefits before coverage ends. In my option all medical insurance need to investigate this company and pull their insurance coverage for their poorly made products

      Hello, On Jun 17th, I purchased sunglasses from Sunglass hut in ***************, **********, ** I am very very disappointed with the service. It was an insulting and humiliating experience. Lady in the store was in so much hurry in pushing everyone out of the store even when 45 min was remaining for store closing while the other associate was at work calmly. When I selected a sunglass to buy, she did not had courtesy to address my queries. She treated me and my husband very disrespectfully.At the time of purchasing at the counter, she cleaned my sunglass quickly while it still had fingerprints and put in case and handed me over without a bag. At the same time, there were other people standing royally for almost more than 20 min because there order was handled by other respectful associate. On the other hand I was left standing like a fool and unwelcomed attitude by that lady.Not only that, each of the person coming into a store were given their items in a shopping bag. But this lady, she treated me as some cheap fellow, handed my sunglasses in a case WITHOUT shopping bag, rushed me towards the door to go outside, While going outside, I was asking her about the bag, she said that it is company policy that we no more give bags and locked the door from inside. Ironically, other people were still standing inside with sunglass hut bags in their hands. Products costing 100s of dollars are sold inside this place and is this the shopping experience provided? Story not finished yet, when I reached home, I opened the case, there is no microfiber cloth. Really!!!! This lady showed such a discriminative attitude towards me. I had mailed to sunglassHut service email address also regarding this, but no cared to respond.

      I have purchase Oakley glasses from Sunglass hut Store number ***** **** ****** **, buford-ga. receipt# ******* date 6/7/23 cashier - Saaim 7***** at 4.10Pm they didnt have glasses in store so they order for me online. and told me that i will recive within 3 business days, so i call them helps desk and stoe both and they have not find my order in system. Since i have paid them cash and i do have receipt with me but they refuse that i never purchase from them. so i believe since its cash i think they have pocket this money.

      My eyeglasses have been delayed 5 times now. I cant get a response as to why 5 delays so far. I will not use them again. Hopefully i actually get my glasses. Only gave a star because I couldnt leave no stars. Probably lost my money I paid for glasses Im obviously never getting. They need to be shut down.

      Terrible experience with them and urging everyone NOT TO BUY from them
      I placed a prescription glasses order on TargetOptical.com and received a pair of glasses with completely wrong prescription. I then requested for a return and refund. Per their service level agreement, I should have received a refund within 15 days after they received my return. That never happened. It took me multiple calls and a few hours on the call to have them admitted that "somehow the refund was not proceeded", and another 3 weeks for me to receive refund.
      To make things worest, I found that when they credited the refund, they "forgot" to void the insurance benefit they have taken from me - and they wouldn't "realize" they "forgot" to void the insurance claim until I found out and made another a few calls to them.
      Now I have to at least wait for another 2 weeks before I can place another prescription glasses with other vendors.
      1.5 months delay for getting my prescription glasses, mistakes one after one, and sliently gaming from consumers. Good job Target Optical! I will see you sink.

      This company needs to be completely shut down. My first experience was going online to make an appointment, they did call back to inform me that on that particular day, there was no doctor available. I then re scheduled for May 3, 2023, they sent me a text to confirm which I did and they send back another text thanking me for confirming and that they looked forward to my visit the next day. I drove 206 miles for this alleged appointment only for a technician to tell me that once again there was no doctor available. I showed him the text and he made a phone call to someone, he then asked if I wanted to re schedule and I said NO. I have left a disgusted message letting them know that they were going to be reported to the BBB. I continue to get emails asking that I please re schedule. I PLEASE ASK YOU TO PLEASE SHUT THEM DOWN!!!!

      Store associates refuse to honor Lens Crafters' "30-day Happyness Guarantee."
      Less than 30 days after receiving my prescription sunglasses, the nose pad fell off. Upon visiting the store, I was told it was my responsibility to contact the glass manufacturer (Costa) and seek a warranty claim. Dissatisfied with the lack of customer service, I asked about the 30-day 100% satisfaction guarantee and was told it did not apply when the product is defective.
      Desired resolution:
      For Lens Crafters to either take on the responsibility to fix the product or honor the 100% satisfaction warranty.
