    On November 6th 2023 ******* ***** Cody Koch came out to determine what type of wildlife was visiting my home at night He found a hole dug under my back steps He quoted me a price for traps I agreed to the price. Hey then set the traps He showed me how they worked then he asked me to pay him I could not pay him with my debit card He insisted it had to be electronic payment I paid him through **** through my bank account I express concern after two weeks of not catching a raccoon in the bait that was used I went on to next door to express my concern and say that I use someone out of ***** I have contacted him numerous times he said twice that he would come out and check the traps He never has as of now December 26th 2023 I still have a raccoon The traps have never caught anything One of them is not even a have a heart trap The trap is a have a heart however it has malfunction numerous times allowing the raccoon to get out . I want my money back I am going to have to employ someone else to trap this raccoon and remove it from my home since Cody Koch of outdoor wasters never has It is also come to my attention that previously he is operating under Koch extermination.

    On June 24, 2023 we paid Koch Extermination $3668.53 to kill all rodents in our attic, to seal the entire house, and to disinfect the attic. They came out twice between June 24th and Sept 7th. Rodents in the attic are still moving around and active as of the Sept 7th when I am filing this complaint. No disinfecting service has been done at all because the rodents are not dead. The rodents are still getting into the house somewhere that Koch Extermination has failed to identify.

    Koch Extermination failed to respond to our complaints and has not been taking phone calls or responding to e-mails. We've contacted them several times. They have not tried to resolve the problem, though they said via e-mail that they would take a phone call from us. They fail to pick up the phone and do not answer e-mails.

    They have also failed to provide us with the original contract that shows that I signed and agreed. They've failed to kill all mice and properly seal the house. They charged 499.00 for a "house disinfect" that never happened.

    This is in regards to Estimate #33.

    I heard about them on Nextdoor when they reached out to me about my problem. They have stopped responding to us but they have the time to try to get more unsuspecting customers on Nextdoor.

    We just want a refund for services that we didn't receive, mainly the 499.00 house disinfect, and a partial refund for the house seal up as they did not identify and seal where the rodents were entering the house.

    Started a dispute with credit card company which is what most of this documentation is from, but it can be applied to this complaint so that you can see what's going on. We feel that Koch Extermination took advantage of us.
