    In January, I placed an order with VitaHustle. A couple of weeks later, I logged into my account to cancel any subscription and make sure I wasn’t charged again. Under the subscription page of my account it said “Sorry, there is no subscription account associated to this VitaHustle customer ID” and then on February 10, I was charged for a subscription. When I saw the charge I contacted the company, and told them what happened. They advised me to start a return request and that I would get a refund once it was received back. I went to start a return request and it said they would charge me $9.95. I reached back out and said that I would not pay for their mistake of providing me with the misinformation that I had no subscription and not providing me a way to cancel it. All they did was continue to tell me to begin a return request. I felt the issue was completely ignored. I had to cancel my debit card entirely and contact my bank to make sure no further transactions would be permitted since they are not authorized.

    Upon reviewing your case, it appears there was indeed an error with the visibility of your subscription on our account management page. While we are still researching this error, the miscommunication about your subscription led to the charge on February 10th, which understandably led to frustration and inconvenience on your part. 

    Please rest assured, as of February 24th, 2025, we have processed a full refund for the charge in question. You should see this reflected in your account within the next 5-7 business days, if not sooner. I Additionally, we have ensured that your subscription has been canceled, and no further charges will occur. We have also taken your feedback seriously and are working to enhance our subscription management system to prevent similar issues from occurring in the future.

    We value your business and are committed to ensuring that all our customers have a positive experience with our products and services. If there is anything more we can do to assist you or improve your experience with us, please do not hesitate to reach out directly.

    I bought a product off of this website and it was 50.00. I accidentally put in the wrong shipping address because I’m working out of town and I put the wrong hotel address. I emailed them right after i seen the confirmation that i had the wrong address. They never responded. I went on the website and emailed them 5 more times. No response . The next day k get a email saying my product shipped. Then it had in fine print if you have put in the wrong shipping address and your product has shipped they aren’t able to do anything about it. Im beyond upset and would like my money back or delivery to the correct address. Correct address is *** ***** Blvd ********* ******** *****

    This business does not offer an efficient way to cancel a subscription. I have tried several times and they tell me to enter my email address and that I will receive an email. I still haven't received a response from the company. There is no contact phone number or physical address on the website so I can't call or write customer service. The only option is to email.

    This customer reached out to us on June 16th to cancel their subscription and we promptly did so.

    I've attached a copy of our correspondence through Zendesk as well as a screenshot showing that their subscription has been cancelled in our Recharge app.
