      Ordered via an online shop on 3/5/25 on the website and checked out with the website for 2 day shipping for 21.99. The need for expedited shipping was available so I chose to check out and use this company due to my urgency needing the product for my sheep. I have some that have progressed fast with a specific parasite so the need was very urgent. The package that was delivered today only had half my shipment which did NOT include the dewormer that I specifically needed fast. I called the company and spoke to the representative in which she explained she would ask about refunding me the shipping cost and getting the dewormer out by the end of the day and she would call me back. Received a call back about an hour and a half later explaining to me that it will be here sometime next week and there would be no refund for shipping. She gave me the email to file a formal complaint with her manager who gave the decision. I explained again my urgency for needing it today and my livestock could die over the weekend as a result of their false advertising and not fulfilling what they are charging people for. This is theft. The item was not shipped until today and nothing was considered even when I explained thoroughly my urgent situation. This company doesn’t need to advertise falsely with shipping methods especially when they didn’t even put the product I ordered in the mail until after I called today.

      complaint is in regards to advertising issues on our shipping procedures. We
      appreciate the opportunity to clarify this matter.

      Upon reviewing your order,
      we see that it contained two items: a temperature-controlled product (11166-1)
      and a standard item (12903-1). As outlined in our shipping section during
      checkout, the "Second Day Air" option selected applies specifically
      to vaccines and temperature-sensitive items. This is why your non-bio item
      (12903-1) was shipped via ground rather than expedited.

      The $21.99 shipping fee
      covered the shipping of item 11166-1, which was processed correctly. According
      to our records, this item shipped on 3/5/25 and was delivered on 3/7/25 at 3:17
      PM, meeting the two-business-day timeframe.

      We understand that this
      may have caused some confusion, and as a gesture of goodwill, we provided a
      coupon code to address any inconvenience.
