Patio installed by C.S. Construction, 2 years ago. It has caused flooding, like a water falls coming in around windows & running down walls in basement when it rains, due to not installing deep enough window wells. Did not have that problem before the new patio, or with prior patio for year after old cement removed & settling. Other issues with different places on patio also. Contacted Chad, owner, about the issues. For 2 years, he had put me off coming to inspect the places with issues. (uneven cement as you step off porch) water lays there and causes ice patch. 2 corners of patio sinking and a square that he repaired in driveway had cracked not long after laying the cement, he patched it. Wanted to charge me 1000.00 to repair the window well frames that is not deep enough, & the uneven cement at the porch. Do not agree that I should have to pay for repairs that is his mistake. He stated he NEVER laid cement at window wells before, should have said that prior to job & researched to make it proper. Did come to the house inspecting the patio & making excuses for the 'mistakes', saying he would get back to me, would not hear from him for months, having to contact him again. The repairs he wanted me to pay for, would entail cutting the cement & then it would look cut up & not a new patio. There are footprints and tire marks in the top coat he put on cement, stated it would go away, and it is still there. There is cement splashed on house in places and the top coat or cure put on the cement was also on the siding of the house, in places looks like it was directly sprayed on siding and it was the over spray. Tried to power wash myself, after complaining to Chad he came and tried to power wash it off. It has never came off, said he would hand scrub & never did. Also said he was taking over his fathers business & busy with that. Not my problem. I paid for a new patio & should NOT have the issues it has caused. Forced to install new windows. Would NOT recommend
