    I hired Goodwin Cleaning and Pest Control Company on May 25th, 2024 to get rid of bed bugs. They came out 5 times, but I still continue to have bed bugs to this day. We weren't allowed to see how&what they treated or what product they used. Melissa G******, the owner of Goodwin Cleaning and Pest Control, has been disrespectful to me, claiming that it's my fault that we still have bed bugs. When the technicians came out the first time, they took a mattress topper off my bed and placed it on the floor. I wasn't told anything about it. And since I wanted to keep it, I left it where they put it, until I bought encasements for mattresses and box springs. Then I asked Robert and Nate to put it in the encasements, but they didn't. I ended up having to buy another encasement and they finally put the topper into it with my mattress. Now Melissa, who claims to be an expert on bed bugs, is blaming me for not knowing what they thought I should have done with my topper in the first place. After the final treatment on June 20, 2024. Melissa G****** told me that I had a 90 day warranty. I called Melissa and sent her pictures of the bed bugs that we continue to have, but she no longer responded to my calls or texts; until yesterday, September 17th, when she saw a review I placed on ****. She responded by saying that she wanted to make it right with me and she was unhappy about my review. But when I called she kept blaming me and wouldn't let me respond to her allegations. I got upset and raised my voice for her to hear me and she, who was disrespectful of me the whole time, said she wasn't going to come out and treat again since I was disrespectful of her... I had already hired another company on August 29, 2024 to help me get rid of bed bugs; since Melissa G****** had stopped communicating with me way back in June of 2024. I will never use this company again! Melissa G****** is rude and a poor business manager. I STILL HAVE BED BUGS TODAY.
