    On 12-24-22 some pipes burst in the back of my house where the washing machine is, but of course affected all the water in the house as I had to turn the water off at the main. I called Justin and he came out right away and fixed the immediate problem but because of the terrible cold he asked if he could come back later and fix the problem under the crawl space which only affected the washer. All other water in the home was restored. I was fine with that. Because of some other unexpected money issues I wasn't able to call him back until mid-February. He came out on 2-21-23 and worked on the remaining broken pipes. Right after he left I went to do some laundry and discovered that the spigot that he had replaced in Dec. was leaking a bit and when I turned it on it was leaking much more to the point I had to put a bucket under it to collect the water. I immediately called him back and he seemed irritated but said that he would "stop by" when he was in the neighborhood and take a look. He never called or stopped. At some times, with the spigot OFF, i would get as much as 1-2 gallons of water in less than 24 hrs. I called him again on 2-27-23 and on 3-27-23 and he will not answer his phone or get back to me.
