    I ordered football pictures in October 2023. I paid $45 via check to receive a memory mate ,2 5x7s, 2 buttons, and 4 3x5 pictures. I only received 2 buttons and 4 3x5s. I did NOT recieve the memory mate or the 2 5x7s. I have contacted them many times. They called back in December 2023 saying they would send pictures to school but come end of January 2024 I still do not have pictures and neither does the school. Now I called them and bennets photography said they would bring me pictures to my house and had not and ive been calling them since the middle of February 2024 and still at the end of March 2024 they are refusing to answer my phone calls and are not calling me back when I'm leaving messages. I just want my pictures that I paid for.

    Hi! We are very sorry that she has not received the rest of her order.

    The pictures were originally delivered in September. She contacted us in December saying she was missing items. Her whole order was reprinted and delivered to the school her son attends (other deliveries were made at the same time to the same school and those deliveries made it to the appropriate people) in December.

    The customer called in January stating that the reprints never made it home. We again reprinted the whole order and delivered it to her home a week after she called in January. No one was home and the pictures were left on the porch.

    It is currently March and spring break started Friday. Our busiest days are Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (those are the days we shoot). She called Friday afternoon 3/22 and Monday morning 3/25. We call customers who call late Friday through Sunday back on Monday afternoon. Since it is Spring Break the school is closed and the athletic director is on vacation. The administrative office (the old ***** **********) is open this week. The pictures will be delivered to the Administrative Office sectary by noon tomorrow 3/26. That way we have a third party that can confirm that the pictures were printed and picked up by the right person.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********* and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I received all my pictures plus some extras and I consider this complaint resolved.
