    On May 25th I went into the business to see if I could purchase a bucket hat with the ********* ***** mascot on it. I spoke with the owner named Bock. He did not have what I was looking for, however Brock told me that if I bring in my own hat he could screen print it for me. At this time he also said that it would only take about an hour to do. On June 8th I took two hats to the business to drop off. The owner stated that he could not do them that day because he had an event taking place, but would have them done early the following week and would text me when done. I told him great but I probably would not get there until the following Saturday, but let me know when done. I never heard from him the following week, so the next Saturday I showed up at the business to find that there was a note on the door stating that they changed there hours for the summer. I then proceeded to call the number twice that Saturday and once on Sunday leaving messages inquiring about the hats. I never heard back from him that entire weekend. On Monday the 17th Brock texted me stating that the hats were done and he forgot to text me because was overwhelmed with last minute purchases. I said that my sister would be the ones picking them up and she can be there around 6:00. The owner stated that he closes at 4:00 PM and would not be around at 6:00 PM. I texted him back stating that those are really the only times available that week. He then texted back that he could ship them to me. I then texted him back stating that I am being punished for his errors and if I wanted to pay for shipping I would have done so when I dropped the hats off, that was the last time I have heard from him. Since the 17th I have texted him multiple times trying to make arrangements to pick up the hats and not once has he responded to any of my texts or even tried to work with me to try and resolve the issue. I have two numbers he texted from ************ and ************ which is the number on the website.
