    I was recently at Tireman in Bowling Green Ohio on 10/20/2022 for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Upon completion, I picked up my car. Initially i noticed it cranked hard and was not running correctly. Definitely not how I left my car. I drove down the road to see if the issue worsened and then noticed my engine light came on. Once I got home, I called Tireman and told them of my issue and indicating to them that this is not how I left my car. They told me to bring it back so they could look at it. Once I arrived, the manager told an associate to pop the hood of my car and take a look at it. The associate argued 3 different times that he noticed it run hard and start rough but never did as he was asked. The manager went to look over my car, and reset the engine light with no resolution. I questioned the manager that if the associate realized an issue, why would he not say anything when I picked up my car and why on earth he would let me drive away in it, waiting for me to address it and return with my car. No real response was given. I had someone else look at my car that evening and found out that the issue was being caused from 3 of the 4 screws holding down my air filter were not secured, nor was the cap for that area not properly aligned to seal up the air flow as it should be. This could have caused damage to my engine and my car that I am sure Tireman would not have taken responsibility for. I suggest that simpliest of jobs not be rushed as it could be dangerous. On previous occasions, we have had to return to Tireman for them to fix issues resulting from tire maintenance and oil changes. 2 other occasions, the plug that keeps the oil from flowing out under the car was broken and the oil leaked out, having to return and on 1 other occasion, they patched a tire only to not securely tighten the lug nuts, which could of resulted in major injury had something awful happened. Attention to detail is priority when it involves these issues.

    I have left a 2nd voice for the customer today, 11/15. I had originally left a voicemail on 11/8. I am hoping to talk with her to resolve this.
