I am writing regarding a broken contract between myself and PSI without cause. I am herby asking that the fulfill the contract. PSI has now created a financial hardship for my family. Knowing that I have a child with epilepsy who needs life sustaining medications. I have communicated this to ************************* on several occasions. I am owed ***** by the organization. I have send several emails to ************************* who has failed to respond to me. In addition, PSI caused my bank account to be overdraft ****** , which copies of the overdraft fees have been sent to the school president, the fees still haven't resolved. It is imperative that I receive my scheduled payments to ensure that my child has his medications, and meal replacement drinks. I would just like an email of when to expect payments. ******************* BSN, RN

On 10-13-2023 I received an email demanding payment in the amount of $1724.00 from **** **** stating "2nd notice" which is incorrect this is my 1st notice from this school via email. I spoke with several people from the school and I was told that a Pell Grant was sent back by the PSI in the amount of $1724.00. PSI received two Pell Grants on my behalf the 1st on 9/22/2022, and the 2nd on 10/06/2022 both in the amount of $1724.00 to cover the cost of tuition. PSI is stating that they sent 1 payment back for some unknown reason. Now almost 2 years later they are harassing me for these funds. When I graduated on 10/21/2022 I had a $0 account balance. If my account balance wasn't paid off, the school would not allow students to walk across the stage unless our tuition was paid IN FULL! PSI is now harassing me and has sent a demanding email requesting payment stating that if I don't pay they are threatening to apply these FALSE charges to my credit report. I spoke with ****** to dispute this charge in writing however, she offered me to make a payment arrangement which I refused because the charges were not valid. ****** advised me to follow up with ***** ******* (Director). I called ***** and left her a voicemail and followed up with an email. ****** never provided an address for me to dispute in writing my claim. I am requesting that PSI show financial statements proving that they sent the Pell Grant back to the originator in the amount of $1724.00. It seems that PSI made a mistake in sending these funds back therefore, I cannot be held liable for this charge. PSI should go and try to request funding again in the amount of $1724.00 from the Pell Grant servicer. I am also requesting that during this dispute PSI should NOT report this debt in question to the credit bureaus because it would violate Act § 1022.43 Direct disputes. I want this matter investigated and closed out with a $0.00 account balance as it was previously.

*Please see payment plan procedure attached.

I was not made aware the classes would not transfer to a community college, she said us they would. I haven’t been able to get a job in this field, medical billing. I’ve meant with local community colleges, and when I bring up PSI’s name, they all cringe and know exactly why, one admissions lady said there’s many people filing on this facility and have gotten tricked into thinking credits would transfer. And the facility has moved, and I’m sure the admissions lady is different now. They couldn’t keep instructors back then, so they hired students after they graduated, which one stole a ring from me. The instructors don’t really teach, they give you the answers, how would this help? I wasn’t the only one in admissions that day, so I have a witness to state the lies the admissions were handing out. I don’t feel like I shouldn’t have to pay the student loan because they couldn’t even be honest, or I would have found an accredited legit school. I’ll upload documents in due time, I’ll look around for an attorney for advice.
