    On December 15th I called to have my phone service turned off. Today is Feb 16, 2024, and the service is still on and I have a bill for the time that the phones should be off. No one has answered the phone since Dec 15th. I have left my name and number at least 5X since. I went to the website and also filed a complaint. I have no response from anyone. I am beyond annoyed. This is horrible customer service. I expect someone to call me and find resolution for this issue. I don't believe I should be held accountable for the most recent bill or any future bills.

    I lost my old old phone temporarily. I got a free new phone from a booth at Social Services. I never activated it or anything because I found my original one. I have been trying to return the new one so I can have it stop interfering with use of my original one. I have followed these steps as requested: sent normal email w/ explanations on computer; then told to write it out, take picture of it to send in email, then again with a fax; latest is to send handwritten letter in standard mail to them. When I call them, they hang up. They have all of my personal info. They hang up on me. I did not sign anything. The booth is gone, they have not returned.

    This account has been disconnected. We have solved this issue in favor of the consumer. We appreciate her business while with us. She does not have to return the phone.
