    ***** was so helpful in showing me techniques to alleviate pain and prevent future pain. I came to him because of my hip, and he helped me with a few exercises I could do and how to work on my walk and run! Definitely recommend going to ***** for some effective strategies to overcome pain in your body!

    I saw Edwin to find a solution to shin pain when walking. After a couple sessions working with him on my walk and strengthening certain muscles the shin pain subsided. The next couple sessions we fine tuned my awareness of my how my feet and knees were positioned and I learned more strengthening exercises.

    I would highly recommend Pain Alleviated. Edwin showed me how to correct my walk to help with my knee pain. I suffer from knee and back pain. He also showed my various stretches and exercises to help me out.
    I am doing the exercises and am doing better on my walking and most importantly feel better.

    I'm an 84 year old male in reasonably good health and sm interested in improving my posture, especially that bent appearance often associated with folks my age. Edwin has introduced me to a whole new set of exercises which seem to be improving my posture problem and freeing the movement problem in my neck . He is very patient and makes my weekly workout an enjoyable experience. I plan to continue the program as I think it's working positively toward my goals.
