    My first attempt reaching out was the only time this business seemed to answer.I was eventually scheduled to come in and cover payment before proceeding with the appointment.Following payment, I was directed to the photography room, and literally minutes in, it was concluded that my baby had breeched and I needed to reschedule 6 WEEKS out (near delivery window) in result of it.I was talked into leaving and returning at a future scheduled date, but gave thought to seeing about a possible refund, considering the services at this point will no longer be needed.Upon finally receiving a call back from an entirely different number after several attempts reaching out, I inquired about the refund and was told that they do not issue refunds, but instead reschedule for said events.The single sheet I signed said no such thing pertaining to refunds and neither does any printouts, to my remembrance, around the office.I don't know what to do, but I would simply like to inform the public of this experience I'm having following several referrals for these services, yet receiving poor communication and arriving to closed doors during active hours, according to ****** and Apple maps.
