    My grandfather left Mr. ********************** as the executor of his estate. He passed in August and since then Mr. ********************** has not paid the mortgage or deposited checks I gave him into the bank. I have been trying to get Mr. ********************** on the phone for 6 months with no call back. We had a meeting set up in October so we could talk and go over some details and I sat there for an hour waiting for him and he never showed up. I have been calling and begging him to make the mortgage payments and he has not. The house is now in foreclosure and i am forced to take out a loan and pay it myself even though there is plenty of money in my grandfather's accounts to cover this till probate it through. I worked with my grandfather's insurance company to get a refund on his payments and was sent a $6,000 check that I asked Mr. ********************** to deposit since i am not on my grandfathers accounts and i can't even get confirmation that he received the check that i dropped off at his office. Nothing has been deposited. I have reached out to the probate courts for help and have not received a call back. I am completely lost and don't know what to do.

    IVE BEEN WAITING 2 MONTHS FOR MY TAXES - I ALSO HAVE A LIFE INSURANCE FORM ***** SAYS , SAYS HE WOULD HELP ME WITH-- I CALL 3-4 TIMES WEEK WITH NO CALL BACKS - I GO INTO HIS OFFICE AND NOT ALLOWED TO SEE HIM-

    Good morning,In April of 2023, I met with Roger Zimmerman, my accountant, to file my 2022 taxes. I had refunds of $1595 federal and $211 state. I usually get them before June. Summer passed and it was in October that I started checking for them. I called my bank for any proof of deposit and it was verified that they had not been.I called Roger Zimmerman and was told the burden was on my to verify that the correct account numbers were used. However, when I looked at the copy that he provided me, there were no account numbers listed, only xxxxx in their place. I told him this and he said he would look into it. Weeks went by and in November I called him again. He said he made contact with someone but he had to make more phone calls. Weeks went by and I called again. Now I'm getting his secretary and I'm leaving messages. No calls are returned. This pattern has continued ever since.I opened an investigation with the *** back in October, too. It closed in February and they sent me a letter with an account number that my federal return was placed in. It was a 5/3 bank account. I went to 5/3 in February and was told they would look into it. A few days later they said I had to contact the *** to pull the funds and reissue me a refund.I then contacted the State to verify that my State refund was also placed in this account. It was confirmed that it was. A ******************** rep also said that I would have to take action against the accountant and that I will be told the same from the ***.Just the same, I did fill out a form requesting repayment from the *** and mailed it in. No response at this time.So, my accountant has placed my money in someone else's account. The government is saying there is nothing it can do, the bank is saying there is nothing it can do, and the person responsible for doing this is not returning my calls after I paid him for a service that was not performed properly..Thank you in advance for any assistance!

    I'll be happy to respond to him regarding the complaint and resolving it with him, 

    however, I assume one of the reasons we have not been able to communicate is

    I lost my phone number and system when I had to move my office and I was 

    not aware he was trying to call me.  We had previously talked but had not 

    completed  our matter when I lost my phone.   Please have him call me at 

    ************.  That is my current phone number.
