  I terminated my contract with CRD 7/18/24. This company did a 180 on customer service the moment I signed a check for 50% down in cash, and then what should of been a 3-5 day job (Ive had this same project done before at my last residence) turned into 3-4 weeks of lies, unprofessionalism, disgruntled and confused subcontractors, and some of the worst quality of work Ive ever experienced. Only some of my materials were delivered, and most of the labor will need to be completely redone by an actual professional company. I was in a tough position, with so much money in, but I was voicing my concerns and dissatisfaction the entire time, over three weeks. I was never presented with professional remedies to my concerns. I was lied to multiple times, and CRD also tried to steer me into committing more money to remedy their lack of quality. There was never one single attempt made by CRD to deescalate my growing concerns. An area 3 times greater than my job site was graded on my property without my permission, and then when I pointed out bad quality in the artificial turf, I was told its because Id need to hire them to grade my property, but that my turf was designed to have large dips and uneven surface in it. The next day he tried to send the landscaper (who thought his work was done) back over without telling us to try to shovel gravel under the turf. It was at that point that I asked them to leave. I also have reason to believe workers have removed materials from my property. I had recommended to them to work with ForeverLawn to install the turf, but not wanting to be pushy said that if they felt confident they could install it to ForeverLawn standards then they could. They assured me they could easily meet those standards and save me money. They later acted like i was crazy for wanting the turf to be framed and nailed down.I do not have enough characters to describe how bad, but i don't recommend this company for anything besides being dismantled

  Thanks for your help with our kitchen remodel! It was definitely a process but we appreciate you sticking with us through the good and bad. We love our new kitchen countertops and tile flooring! The entire project turned out wonderful, it was worth the wait.

  Toledo Custom Countertop / CRD Construction (sub-contractor for Lowes Countertop) came to install the countertop on 12-5-23. After install I notice small chips around the sink area and the sink does not look properly sealed. They then came to install the backsplash on 12-12-23. The back splash had electrical outlets which I removed. On 12-14-23 I could not reinstall the outlets due to being cut out of square and not straight. I contacted Toledo Custom Countertop at approx. 430pm the same day, I was told they would talk to their team and get back to me. I still to date have not herd back from anyone. Upon further inspection of the countertop, I have many issues with the work. The countertop edge does not match the backsplash edge, The sink still has chips all around the edges, sink not properly sealed, countertop overhangs the sink opening on 2 sides, electrical outlets not straight or square for electrical box extensions, backsplash is not cut straight where the microwave is installed. It is tight to the microwave in the middle and has gaps at the end. The gap is so if the microwave goes bad it can be removed without chipping the backsplash. ***** said the contractor would be calling me no later than 12-18-23. I never received a phone call; I reached out to Lowes, and they were shocked that I never heard back from the contractor because Toledo Custom Countertop / CRD Construction closed the service order out. They never showed up to look at the problems, never called to talk to me. But did sent me 600 plus emails that said they would be getting ahold of me, never did as of to date. THERE IS A REASON THIS COMPNY ONLY HAS A 3.5 STAR REVIEW HERE AT THE BBB. BECAUSE THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU OR ME JUST GETTING OUR MONEY AND RUNNING. I have pictures of all of this but cant upload here, but did upload on ****** reviews if you want to see them, look them up please before you decide to use this company.

  CRD did an amazing complete remodel of my kitchen and bathroom. My tile backsplash and quartz countertops were absolutely beautiful bringing the perfect touch to my home.

  Absolutely awful experience. Worked with them for a covered patio which was a 4-6 week effort. Took 6 months before it was actually completed. Communication was absolutely one way. I called them over 25 times just to get updates, which actually was more reminders for the project manager to schedule the next thing. They nickeled and dimed me every step of the way (example the electrician cut a whole in the wall and they wanted me to cover the expense of fixing it, or they left the massive front beam as uncovered wood and said it wasn’t in the work order). I paid an obscene amount for this in hopes CRD was a professional company that could get the job done quickly and professionally. This was very far from the case. At the the end I asked for a discount because of all the above issues. After three calls and a 30 minute conversation with the director they provided what equated to a $10 discount on a roughly 30k job. This company is a complete joke. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemies.
