      I have had a hard disk fail on me and called for repair. The person was very nice on the phone and offered me two options. One for $395 standard and $695 expedited service. I wanted the data back asap so I paid the higher cost. I was then told that the drive was non recoverable and I would not get my money back. I asked about the free diagnostics and was told the standard was the free one. I was never offered a free diagnostics and I was also told that if they were able to get my data back, then there would be an additional cost for the recovery. This is very misleading to customers and now I am out $695. I thought the cost was for the diagnostics (free) and the recovery process.

      Totally and completely satisfied with the services rendered. My rep, ***** ***** was extremely helpful as was ****** *******. ****** is skilled and well knowledged enough to transfer my photos to my new IMac. The apple representative was unable to successfully transfer the photos.
      From the gentlemen who picked up the initial calls when I did call: ********* ***** ***** **** ****** ***** *** ***** to the two mentioned earlier , my experience was exceptional. It was a costly process but worth every penny especially if you find value in your missing information.

      I had an incredible experience with Secure Data Recovery Service's data recovery service. After my external hard drive unexpectedly crashed, I thought I had lost years of important business data. I reached out to Secure Data Recovery Service, and from the very first interaction, their agent was very professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring.
      They explained the recovery process clearly, provided a free diagnostic, and gave a realistic estimate of the chances of recovery. I opted-in for their standard service, which takes about 5-7 days but they were able to retrieve nearly 100% of my lost data in 2 days —something I honestly didn’t think was possible.
      Their communication was top-notch throughout the process, and they kept me informed every step of the way. The recovered files were returned securely on a new drive, and everything was organized exactly as before.

      We are a MSP located in Huntsville, TX. One of our clients had a portable hard drive that failed. We sent to Secure Data and they were able to recover the data at a reasonable price. Our customer is very happy as the drive contained family photos and other information that is irreplaceable. We have been working with Secure Data for several years now and their services are excellent and competitive with other data recovery centers.
