    6/21/2022 $5000 6/26/2022 $5000 12’x36’ wooden deck with stairs on one side Metal roof over camper, building, and deck Colton Thomas S****** has not tried to resolve and unresponsive to my text. The only documentation offered by Colton is the text from my smartphone. Resulting workmanship is nonexistent as the roof leaks and remains unfinished. Unsatisfactory and unsafe. Not up to code. Many errors in measurement. Deck bows in the middle and bounces everything on it. Stairs built blocking existing storage entry. Created a new entry with deep hole to open new door. This is a hazard. Down spout from installed gutter empties into the deck. Roof doesn’t cover deck and leaks making it unusable during rain. Too many mistakes to list and did not deliver what was promised which was quality work. Clearly novice workmanship. Possibly the first deck and roof over he ever built. Colton doesn’t know how to make it right as well. I want my money refunded so I can hire someone to reconfigure the mess that was made with the $10,000 I paid Colton Thomas S******’s company, KB Contracting LLC. ***** **** **** *** ** ******* ** *****
