    On September 7, 2023 I emailed coach *** let her know my daughter would no longer be on the team due to bullying, and that we would like a refund for the uniform we just purchased on 7/25/23. She said they will process the refund and I have never received it. I have emailed *** multiple times, emailed the front desk lady ***** in regards to the refund and never get responses from them! I would like refunded for a uniform we never received and for the fact that *** said the order was canceled.

    In response to the customer complaint, please find attached the Team Agreement and Uniform Order signed by the consumer.  Additionally, please find a screen shot of the check issued and mailed on 11/15/23 to said consumer.  Uniforms just arrived and were distributed last week, which allowed us to confirm that portions of her uniform had been successfuly cancelled and therefore, able to be refunded.  We have no control over the manufacturing and shipping of the uniforms, but once we were able to proccess uniforms and confirm that this consumer's had indeed been cancelled, a check was issued, minus the balance due on the family's account, per the Team Agreement.  This issue has already been handled on our end and the consumer should be receiving the refund via USPS.
