They remodeled our Master Bath. Very disappointed with the workmanship. Shower head was placed way off center so we have to tilt to spay in the center. Shampoo caddy was crooked and we had to open the ceiling below the sewer pipe as the stool was not set properly and was leaking. Had to hire a plumber to reset the stool.

*** Hansen and ***************** met with ********************* and agreed not to move the shower head due to it was properly installed. Customer selected this shower head and it was correctly installed and in proper location. Shampoo caddy was corrected two years ago. Customer hired an outside plumber which we are sending reimbursement payment of $350.00 for plumbing repair and drywall repair. This dispute has been corrected.
