We were told they had a ****** on the lot with no body damage. We drove an hour to the lot and there was significant damage. We bought the car with the promise of new seats and body work completed. After three weeks of no contact from salesman *** ********, I was finally able to speak to manager ***** ****** on Thursday November 7th. The car had yet to have any work done on it. ***** ****** promised to call me with an update and to deliver a loaner car to me and my wife. He never did. He hasnt called to tell me where my car is. Serpentini Medina took thousands of dollars from me and have delivered nothing except excuses and problems.

In 50 years of purchasing cars for myself and my wife (and 3 years of selling cars in the 80's) this was the most unprofessional and frustrating experience in trying to purchasing a car.We came in to purchase an 2013 **** Focus ST that was listed on Serpentini's web site for $14,999. It was also listed on CarGurus for the same price. In the initial discussions with the sales person he seemed surprised when I told him the listed price. He thought the price was over $17,000. He also mentioned that on a cash sale the price would increase about $1,500 to $2,000 since they would not get the commission from the finance company. After the test drive we decided to purchase it. Once in the office I asked to speak with the manager. He showed on his computer that because of mechanical work on the car they were into the vehicle over $1700 but since the web site had not been updated and that is what brought us in, they would sell it to us for $14,999 if I agree to finance a minimum of $10,000 and pay it off no sooner than in 6 months. He then went home for the evening. I sat down with the sales person and started the purchase and finance paperwork. My wife drove home to ********* to get the cash. He returned with the purchase agreement for me to sign, the purchase price was $17,649. When I reminded him what the manager had agreed to, he said that the purchase price was $14,999 PLUS the cost of the mechanical repairs. After he went back and forth with management he kept asking me if we could split the difference. I walked over to the General Sales Manager. He showed me their cost on the computer and the best he would do was $16,500 despite what the other manager had promised me. After about 2 hours it was clear that we were not getting anywhere I told them to talk to the manager who had said they would honor their web site price and call me in the morning. 3 days later I still have not received a phone call to confirm the final price or an apology. Very dissapointing.

This place is horrible! They used an add on social media to lure people in. Then they sucker you in with their family stories and sound like they're giving you a great deal and trying to personally help you out. ********************* helped us and seems like a nice guy. But overall there were signs each step of the process that just screamed sketchy. He tried selling a vehicle that my girlfriend didn't want. Then a vehicle that she liked. When it came to the paperwork he said their system was down and it was going to take awhile. We were both exhausted and just wanted to sign the paperwork. When we went to finally sign, the financial manager didn't even let us review the paperwork on her IPad. She scrolled through to a point that we barely got to read what we were signing. After all this, they got us into a vehicle worth less than $15k for $40k. And it's a 72 month loan at over $500 a month. Don't go here and never shop at Serpentini at any location. I will be fighting this until something has been resolved as this is criminal and a giant scam that ruins peoples lives.

Never, never, never purchase a car from any of Serpentini locations. They are very slick and dishonest about financing. After test driving the car and deciding to purchase it, we had to wait over an hour to get to the financing ***** I think this is by design. You're tired and you just want to get the deal done. The finance person goes over the documents so quickly and tends to be deceitful about the details. It was indicated to us that GAP coverage was required by the lender..which was a lie. That added $1200 to the loan amount. She also did not disclose that there is a $150 penalty if the loan is paid off in the first 12 months. This car was purchased by my grandson and I am co-signed on the loan. While I understand that you have the opportunity to read all of these documents (and that is my fault for paying better attention)they are shoved at you so quickly that you kinda just sign and go on. She also told us that extended warranty would add only $2 to the monthly payment and then when I went to sign the agreement I noticed that the total cost was actually $2400! I respectfully declined! Used cars are already over priced and young people are at their mercy. Shame on you Serpentini!

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Serpentini Chevrolet of Medina on June 29th, The vehicle is an Infiniti G25x. My uncle helped me acquire this car because I told him I wanted to attend college, We finalized the deal with the car we were told the car had no issues and came with new brakes and tires so the car was assumed to be road ready. after I drove the car and filled it up with gas I noticed the fuel gauge wasn't functioning properly I then quickly notified Serpentini Chevrolet of Medina about this problem and told them I only just purchased the car and already having issues. I was then told to bring the car in for service and I drove the car in same day, the vehicle was dropped off on July 1st and has stayed there until the day of this of this review posting. The issue of the fuel gauge not functioning properly still stands and they have not resolved the problem.
