    Dynamerican pumped our septic and in the process left 6 rows, 100' long of septic waste in my fenced in backyard. They did not warn us of the mess so my wife let our 4, 75 lb dogs out when they were gone and of course, they went right to it. I had to leave work and spend the afternoon bathing the dogs and cleaning up (to best of our ability) the mess that they made. When I contacted their customer service, they were rude and offered no resolution. They also failed to return a follow up call. When I then followed up and spoke with the "manager", she stood by the fact they did everything properly. If they had the decency to discuss the issues with me prior to pumping, the whole situation could have been avoided.

    I had them out and they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my toilet so I have Septic and they pulled the toilet up once and still could t figure it out , so they put the toilet back on and bolted, as time went on they still couldn’t figure it out so they pulled the toilet up again and when they did they told us that the Flange pipe was broken and we became very upset. They took no responsibility for it and tried to say it was not their fault but clearly it was as it wasn’t broke the first time. They didn’t turn the water shutoff off in the basement and we had sewer water in our basement, they didn’t clean it up. After they left we went outside and noticed that they left our septic tank lid off, I guess it’s not their problem but yet they took the lid off. After all this they told us the problem is our toilet is too old and needs replaced. I will never recommend and or use this company ever again.. oh btw because my bathroom is older and not fancy they told us that Summit County has a program to help us out, umm who do they think they are extremely rude and we are truly offended.
