    Awful experience from start to finish. I chose Medina Lighting because they have a wide selection online and the sales **** ****** was very professional. But, as soon as my order was placed, it became clear to me why they require up-front payment in full prior to installation. If you want a responsible company that will follow through on a job, do decent work, and display a basic amount of integrity, I recommend looking elsewhere.We paid for the light fixture in May and it took 6 weeks to get it (which is absolutely fine), but the process has been such a slog that it's October and the installation is still not complete. After multiple errors, unresponsiveness, and lack of accountability on their end, they finally came to install the light last week. Were less than 40 minutes away from their shop, but they arrived after noon and left by 3 on the day they were supposed to complete the all-day (1-day) job. They didnt tell me when theyd be back the following day, and again arrived after noon and left well before 5, leaving behind a bad installation and a complete mess. They left the huge light boxes with styrofoam all over my entryway and tracked dirt everywhere they went in the house. They cut the wire too short and hung the chandelier 2 feet higher than we agreed upon, so it looks ridiculous both inside and from the street. We have left them multiple voicemails and multiple emails (with photos) in the past 6 days and I finally got an email back from **** ****** with excuses and a statement that they won't correct their installation error. They don't acknowledge messages, much less address any concerns. They also required me to purchase bulbs that I didn't want, but they didn't bring all of them, so the light is still conspicuously missing several bulbs more than a week later. Replacing this light was a huge investment that we've been saving for for many months, and it looks worse than the hideous light that was originally there.
