      Brought my **** mower in for a tune up and a new filter back in Sept of 2020. Was told they would call when it's ready and it should be about 6 days or less... 15 days later I called and they couldn't find my mower, and couldn't find a repair order ..I had to drive down there and give them mine and show them I dropped it off.. they swore up and down I must have picked it up and that's why it's not there.. explained no and I waited 2 weeks for a phone call that never came... 2 hours later manager finally found my mower that had been left outside/outback in the back by a employee as I was told... took it to another shop after I was told it was my fault for not calling for two weeks ... damage to my mower was brutal.. had to replace 7 mower parts and replace the fuel tank as it was cracked...never go here..nothing has changed
