      march 19 around noon I drove my car through a Zappy auto wash on Center Street in Chardon. I proceeded to pull out of the wash and drive home when I arrived home there were scratches and scuffs surrounding my car. I immediately came back up to the Zappy to address this to the employees who called the manager. The manager said he was unable to speak to me unless there was a lawyer present. and I have concerns because all of their reviews online are proving that this is not the first time that this has happened and not been resolved. There is damage to my brand new car and i am seeking compensation for the repairs, as i do not want end up like most of their customers.

      On Sunday, October 27th around 2:15pm, I purchased a $10 car wash at the Reynolds Rd location. After pulling into the wash bay, I pulled fwd expecting the wash to start, but it did not. I knew it had been working because I was directly behind a car that was getting washed. I thought maybe I entered too early after the last car since it didn't turn on, so I drove back in again and still nothing.
      Zappys has a sign posted to call in case of mechanical breakdown, which I did immediately after and had to leave a voicemail requesting a call back and the issue I experienced. On Wed Oct 30th I still had not received a returned call, so I called again at 2:24pm and this time I got a worker who said I needed to complete refund request online, which I did. I had to submit my car info, including plate number and all my paid receipt info. On 11/27th, I still had not received my refund so I sent an email to **************************** at 9:44am requesting status. That email was undeliverable, so I sent another email to **************************. To date, I have never gotten any correspondence or a refund. I've been a customer of washes for years and recently purchased $60 worth of gift cards, but this whole experience makes me want to go elsewhere because I do not have confidence of washes working by going back. I no longer have the receipt because I threw it away since I provided all the transaction numbers from it in my online refund request form. I did include a screenshot of the $10 payment that was withdrawn from my checking account on 10/27/24.

      Zappys car wash charged 12.00 for car wash, was given 3.00 car wash. Asked manager to refund difference or rewash car. Refused both and refused to give us receipt as requested to obtain refund from corporate.

      I paid to have my truck washed and when I was finished paying nothing happened. I notified them by telephone three times and online filled out my complaint and still have not gotten my refund.

      In the first week of June, I used Zappy Car Wash in Lorrain. I entered my credit card and once the wash started I noticed that the pressure hose had a lead and I was getting wetter than my car. I immediately called the number listed on the wall and I was informed to file for a refund online. I did and one and a half months later I still have not received a refund. I called numerous times to see what was going on and always spoke to someone who claimed they were going to get on it. It's only $4:75 and it's not going to break my bank but individuals should be aware of the poor customer service if they require a refund.

      I called to cancel the unlimited washes in May. I have voicemails from them saying that I would have to call them back. They couldn’t take the credit card number over the phone. I paid for the subscription with my ***** Card which doesn’t have a hard credit card number. It has a virtual number, after speaking with someone in their office, I was told that they would cancel it and would take care of it for me. Two months later they still haven’t stopped charging my credit card.

      Went through the wash and when the blower hit my hood it warped and didn’t pop back into place. Immediately reported it to Nick the manager and he said I had to do an incident report online. I did that and received a generic response days later from their attorney saying they have not reviewed the video but since no other cars were damaged that day they take no responsibility. I then asked for a copy of the video and have not receive any response and it’s been 10 days. Meanwhile im driving a beautiful wrangler with a dented hood
