    I contracted with the company to do construction of a retail space in South Euclid. I met with contractor and agreed on price and signed document and gave the contractor a business check in the amount of $8,100 and a key to the premises.
    Unfortunately the project did not go forward and the contractor did not do any work to the project. I requested return of funds minus amount for the time spent meeting with me. The contractor agreed to return key and repay funds, which I have several texts from him.
    He has since ghosted me. I have file complaint with Ohio Attorney General and the Department of Commerce
