    Had my drive done not pitched right now home floods their solution was to cut out part of the asphalt and put in gravel ! Not what we paid for
    I'm in contact with their insurance at the moment , no way should a 65 yr old would should have to deal with the this ... The damage inside is about $15,000 ... ???????? Their insurance covers this
    Mine refused .. rising ground water not covered in my insurance
    Next recourse will be to go to the TV stations ... But praying their insurance does the right thing

    We have been working diligently with this customer and her issues. The issues are not the driveway they are the layout of the land. We have been out several times and Titan's owner met with customer just yesterday to work on further resolutions for her concerns and flooding issues. Thank you,

    I had a new asphalt installation in August 2021. After 6 months, the driveway was cracking up both sides. I had Titan out for repairs twice. They put melted rubber over the cracks, which is cracking through again. Their company wants to say, you have to fill dirt all the way to the top of the asphalt, and that is the problem. However, I had a landscaper fill soil along the edges. There are several other homes in my area, with the driveway edges exposed, and no cracking. It seems the company only has excuses. I wouldn't recommend them.

    We did go out to do repairs for this customer regarding the cracking of the asphalt. We explained to customer both in person and it is on the invoice for care instructions. The edges need to be back filled. The edges need to be level with the new asphalt to prevent any premature cracking. If the edges were back filled, they were not back filled properly or enough. As stated, they need to be level with the asphalt. We did come out as the customer stated to address the cracks but also explained to prevent further cracking the back fill must be done.
    We are sorry the customer is unhappy but directions and instructions must be followed. Thank you.
