1 starPaid the initial fee for the sleep study and had to chase the "doctor" down after she missed our scheduled appointment three different times. It was an absolute train wreck of a process from the beginning and I should have walked away right then. Shame on me for my persistence in going down this path. After literally a 5 minute conversation consisting of very leading questions with the "doctor", they sent the sleep study. Following the sleep study, I received what appears to be data pertaining to the results of my sleep study, along with an email that states that if a follow up appointment regarding the results is needed, to call a number they provided. Right after ther number there is all kinds of information directing you to a sales hotline to sell you CPAP equipment, but no additional information pertaining to the results of the sleep study.
Upon calling the number, the receptionist was nothing but rude, and told me I need to make ANOTHER purchase on their website for $60. To be very clear, I received results from a sleep study with ZERO summary or overview interpreting what the actual results of the study were. So I have a supposed output from this "sleep study" with a bunch of data that means nothing, unless I'm willing to spend another $60. The receptionist was extremely rude and literally said "too bad, don't know what to tell you, it is what it is."
Beyond acceptable. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with sleepcareonline and their bait and switch SCAM.Review fromMark M

Their system is great!
On Friday I was told I would have to wait 3 months to see the doctor and update my cpap prescription. I signed up with Sleep Care Online over the weekend, and had an 8 minute conference that was thorough and friendly. Problem solved by 8:30am Monday.
Affordable too.
