    I made a purchase from the company website for a scan tool for a ******* *********** I received a follow up email regarding the purchase, asking a question about what connector I wanted to go with it. I responded to the question and then asked if I could cancel the order 24 hours prior to shipping. I have NOT received any kind of response from the company since & I have attempted to reach them by email and by telephone. I refused the shipment and have repeatedly asked for a refund and haven't heard ANYTHING back from this company. Once they were paid, they have shown ZERO interest in customer service and hence the reason for the complaint.

    I ordered the exact kick stand my grandson needed using the information from his ***** motorcycle. It did not fit. It was ordered and delivered the end of June 2024. Thank goodness I paid with ******. They will get to the bottom of this for me.

    Hello,
    I purchased (order #****) a replacement kickstand for my motorcycle on 4/7/2024.
    The company website allows you to enter your vehicle model number, and it identifies the correct part for that particular model. I purchased the kickstand that the ATV and **** ** website said was correct for my motorcycle.
    I received the kickstand on 4/13/2024.
    I did not have a chance to install it until 3 weeks after receiving the kickstand, at which time I discovered it does not fit my motorcycle.
    I attempted to contact the company via voicemail and email on 5/6/2024, 23 days after receiving the item.
    I then read the return policy which said returns must be made within 14 days, which I admit was my fault for not reading earlier.
    I did not receive a response, and emailed them 2 more times during the week of May 6th, but still no response.
    I realize that I did not contact them within the 14 day return policy, however I simply want to exchange this kickstand for the correct kickstand. I am not asking for a refund of my money.
    I was sent the wrong kickstand and simply want the correct kickstand. I hope you can help.

    Sent the wrong item and I haven’t been able to contact the business. No replies to my email.

    I ordered a side stand from this business. It delivered the wrong product. In the last week I have left multiple voice mails and electronic messages, all of which have been ignored. I need to return the product and to get a refund.
