    We purchased a Shadowbox Wood Fence. The fence wasn't done correctly, there were many issues including uneven spacing of the pickets, so they came back and redid the fence.
    Once again there were issues including uneven spacing of the pickets so they had to come back for the third time.
    The crew left things behind each time that I had to clean up myself. This includes pieces of the old fence, chunks of cement from the old fence posts, new fence nails, stickers from the new fence and cigarette butts all over the place in our yard and all three of our neighbors yards.
    The spacing of the pickets is still not correct but it's better than the other two times they installed the fence so we decided to accept the fence this time.
    Now we have to have the crew come back for the fourth time to fix the gate.
    We were hoping to get a high quality fence install as advertised and we were disappointed that we didn't get it.

    We have installed hundreds and hundreds of fences for happy customers, but we acknowledge this job did not go quite as planned. Hopefully our persistence to make sure we delivered a quality product in the end meant something. We have certainly used some of the learnings from this job to train and refine our precesses, and we believe we've become an even better company as a result. We appreciate the feedback!

    My experience started off with Michael salesman. Very nice guy! The fence, all thou we had a issue. The owner took time out to come and listen and I had felt even there where communication problem. We work thru it. He did right by me. I believe everyone could use a second chance! Well they have done a amazing job! And I am happy with my fence if one of my family members would want a fence put up. I would recommend Superior Fence and Rail. Cause they came thru like a champ. So I would like to Thank owner the salesman and there team thank you ! Communication is everything! Love and light
