      Simply put, Middlefield Bank mailed my wife and me solicitations stating that if we use our Middlefield Bank ********** debit cards for at least 5 transactions in July 2024 and spend a total of $100 or more we will each earn a $10 reward deposited into our checking account within 120 days. We met all the requirements. Middlefield Bank deposited $10 to our account on 1/29/25, two months late after our continued requests. They still owe us $10 for the promotion. We have contacted Middlefield Bank on multiple occasions and delivered the bank president a letter at his headquarters on January 23, 2025 and have received no response. They have not paid us the additional $10.

      Upon further investigation of the information provided, there was a clerical error made by the bank. Today (3/3/25) a credit to *** ********'s account for the $10 has been issued. A letter of apology will also be mailed to the customer.
