I took my computer in for repair on May 6th after it wouldn't turn on. I had finals from class coming up and needed my computer so without doing much research I went to the first place I could find near here "Computer service now." after a few tests they found out it was the power button and GPU so I got a new tower then took it back to buy and install my own GPU. however, when I turned it back on I was missing my hard drive along with half my info (luckily I saved my college work on the cloud) but I am missing most of my games and info. So I thought they simply forgot but when I call they claim they never saw a hard drive. I showed them the missing links, and time stamps, and the amount of dates is more than my 2 TB SSD could hold. They first claimed maybe its not plugged in right ( I checked only my main SSD and a minor one but no HD) then their story kept changing from there was a hard drive to there wasn't to even remember if I had an SSD or an HD. What made me realize they BSing me was how they were gaslighting me by mixing my own words EX me: "I had an HD and an SSD" Them "Yes you just had the SSD" "NO! I had the SSD and HD" "yeah that what you got the Hard drive" and it went back and fourth until I left.
