    If I could give Phil and Billie N******** zero stars I would. This company has been very unreliable and untrustworthy from the very beginning of my communicating with them. I ordered a farm house table from them late November and they promised me that it would be finished and delivered by Dec 18th. The week before th 18th I reached out to them asking them how the table was coming along and I asked if he could please send me pictures. Phil had one excuse after the next why he couldn't send me pictures. From his daughter being in the hospital till 3 am with strep throat, to the electricity being out, to having a delivery in Cleveland to him being in a serious car accident. Phil continued to promise to send pictures up until today ( Dec 22, 2023) when he just simply stopped contacting me altogether. He was EXTREMELY unprofessional and he deceived me into believing that he had a table he was custom designing for me this entire time! Here we are only 3 days away from Christmas and I gave away my dining room table to someone last week because I thought mine was arriving that day. Phil never came out and told me that he wasn't delivering my table, he just left me hanging and after excuse after excuse he finally just stopped texting with me. I'm very frustrated with this so called " business" that he runs, and I would stay far away from this business if you actually want to receive the table that you ordered!
