    THE PIZZA HUT TANDA HAD A VERY FOULED GASEOUS MONTON ZOBBAT ODOR INSIDE THE RESTAURANT MY ORDER WAS NOT READY WHEN I ARRIVED AND AT FIRST FEMALE EMPLOYEE TENDALLA LIED AND SAID WE DO NOT HAVE AN ORDER FOR YOU AND THE MALE EMPLOYEE TENDALLA EMPLOYEE SAID HE WAS GETTING IT BUT THEY BOTH TRIED TO GET ME TO PAY FOR AN UNIDENTIFIED MALE SAVEE ORDER AFTER TRYING TO HAND MY PIZZA HUT ORDER 2 LITER SODAS OVER THE WRONG SIDE OF THE COUNTER WHERE HE WAS STANDING AND I SAID NO. THEN THE MALE EMPLOYEE TANDA RELUCTANTLY BROUGHT MY PIZZA HUT ORDER 2 BOXES OF CINNABON ROLLS BUT TRIED TO WITHHOLD THE 4 ICINGS I HAD ALSO ORDERED AND PAID FOR AND THEN MOCKED ME WHEN I INSISTED HE BRING AND NOT DELIBERATELY LEAVE OUT THAT PART OF MY PIZZA HUT ORDER NEED CONDIL REFUND ON MY PIZZA HUT ORDER ***** IN THE AMOUNT OF $37.78.

    I am a member of Pizza Huts reward program. I have received items in the past from this program with no problems. But on Aug 8th of this year I had enough rewards accumulated for a medium 2 meat pizza. I tried ordering it four times on different days since the original time I had enough points to receive my pizza. None have worked. I tried calling the telephone number for the rewards program and was told to call back during normal business hours which was when I was calling. Other telephone numbers for Pizza Hut was a waste of time along with Chat from their website. Nobody came on for chat. It's obvious that Pizza Hut doesn't want to hear or help their customers complaints. All I want is my free medium 2 topping pizza that I have coming.

    My complaint is that, I belive part if not all was contaminated on purpose buy the employees of the pizza hut, went to, I just fell the need to let people know..That has to be some kind of crime.. Im going to see about sending some and have it checked by a Lab..I decided NOT to eat any of it..

    For my own Protection.The kiker is that I even gave them a Tip when I picked it up, and the way they had it warped, I thought some is wrong here? I should have followed my gut..I will Not make the same Mistake Twice..People should start checking their food before they leave..NO more just Trusting a Company any more. if the employees ARE doing things like that They should be Fired and the Employer should be fine for allowing an employee the get away with some thing like that..maybe They were following some eleses orders? They should NEVER be able to work in food industry again. they have peoples lives in their hands? Thats all for now.****

    I placed an order through my Pizza Hut rewards account Friday 11/03/2023. Total was $29.48.
    12-traditional buffalo wings.
    1- pizza melt.

    Once home and opened the container for the wings they shorted me two wings. I only received 10. These are too expensive not to file a complaint.
    The store did nothing to help.
    I would like the bbb to help mediate between myself and the business to come to a mutual agreement. Thank you.

    I ordered 2 pizzas from them on Friday at 8:07pm online. At 9pm my roommate went by the store and realized they were closed. I went by the store the next day the manager said they couldn't refund my money which is 34.30 until it cleared through the bank . I took a picture of where it went through my bank and took it to them on Monday 10/03/22 and they said that only one Manager can do refunds come back at 5pm. Tried to call corporate customer service and they keep saying they are closed. I keep getting the run around. They said there was some kind of emergency which is why the store was closed and they don't know why it kept doing online orders. The first manager I talked to was rude and very unwilling to help even though I provided her a confirmation number for my order to prove my case to her. Any help would be appreciated.
