Professional, punctual and appreciate the expertise. This family owned business takes personal business professionalism to the next level. The owner comes out for the evaluation and his wife is ready to make accommodations with her own high level of customer service. Highly recommended! It is not often that the owner of a company not only comes out to meet with you about the job before hand but also returns after the job is finished to make sure everything was completed to his satisfaction. This is exactly the customer service you will receive from Don Snider. His employees completed my house and roof job in one day. I needed new everything. His employees were very respectful and incredibly hard working. They arrived when scheduled and worked non-stop, with only a short lunch break, until the jobs were completed. They then cleaned up all the debris, trash and anything else that had landed in my yard. I highly recommend Don Snider Roofing for any job you may have, large or small. This our third job with Don Snider Roofing. Each time they were prompt and professional. Our recent project was for a new roof. The crew worked all day and left my property spotless. Over the past several years, I have used the services of Don and his team to fixed all the issues that I have had related to leaks - chimney, roof and gutter.
Just recently they replaced the roof. The crew was very professional, friendly and hard working. They cleaned up at the end of each day. There was no litter or nails left in yard or driveway. After the job was completed, Don did an inspection of the work.
